Nicholas De Nunez Yanakiew, Esq. is the founding attorney of The Law Office of De Nunez Yanakiew, P.A., where he passionately represents clients throughout Florida in business litigation, property, personal injury, and insurance litigation matters. Nicholas de Nunez earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he graduated top of his class and was recognized for his academic excellence. Following law school, he further honed his legal reasoning and trial advocacy skills through hands-on litigation practice, securing multiple judgments, prevailing in countless hearings, and consistently achieving results that set him apart from his peers.
Before attending law school, Nicholas d Nunez studied at Florida International University (FIU), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Certificate in Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values. While at FIU, he was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta, served as a Model United Nations (MUN) delegate, and competed on the Mock Trial Team, where he received recognition for his advocacy skills at both national and international levels. His honors include:
